Terms of use

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it — for UPI orders, after we have verified payment; for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and no money changes hands.

Prices include applicable taxes and are calculated on our servers at the moment your order is created. If a product goes out of stock between adding it to your bag and checking out, the order will not go through for that item.

We correct genuine errors. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from the product and its manufacturer. Colours can appear differently between screens, and handmade items vary between pieces — where that is true of a product, its page says so.

UPI payments are verified manually against our account before an order is confirmed. Submitting a reference number is not, by itself, confirmation that payment has been received.

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which allows 7 days from delivery unless a product states otherwise.
