PINAKOR is a retail brand. We select products, describe them accurately, price them clearly and deliver them across India.
What we do
We choose what goes into the catalogue, write the descriptions ourselves and set the prices you see. Every product page tells you what the product is, what it is made of and what to expect when it arrives.
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not claim to make what we sell, and we do not describe products as ours when they are not. Where a warranty exists, it is the manufacturer’s, and we will help you use it.
How we price
The price shown is the price you pay, inclusive of taxes. Where we show a reduction, the higher figure is a genuine reference price the product has been listed at — we do not invent a “before” number to make a discount look larger.
How we talk about products
Reviews on PINAKOR come from customers. We do not write them, we do not buy them, and a review is only labelled a verified purchase when it is linked to a real order for that product. If a product has no reviews yet, the page says so.
You will not find countdown timers, invented stock warnings or fake “X people are viewing this” badges here. Where we say something is running low, it is because our inventory system says so.
Paying and getting your order
- Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes.
- UPI — scan our QR, then send us the reference. We check every payment manually before confirming.
- Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days.
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
