When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and — if you give it — your email address. That is what a courier needs to reach you and what we need to contact you about the order.

If you pay by UPI, we store the reference number you submit and, if you upload one, the payment screenshot. Both are used to verify the payment.

Your bag and wishlist are held against an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie on your device. It contains no personal information.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials — we never see them.
• We do not put personal details into URLs, and we do not publish customer information.

We use cookies for the things the site cannot work without: keeping your bag, keeping your wishlist, and keeping an admin signed in. These are set as HTTP-only cookies, which means scripts on the page cannot read them.

Order records are kept because they are business records — they are what lets us handle a return or a query months later. Bag and wishlist identifiers expire on their own.

Ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will need to verify who you are before acting, so that nobody else can make that request on your behalf.
