Returns and refunds
Request a return within 7 days of delivery for an unused item in its original packaging.
The window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Some products state a different window on their own product page — where they differ, the product page applies.
Condition
The item should be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories and tags. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice — photographs help, and that case is on us.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and what you would like to return. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes a condition check, we process the refund to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders we will ask for bank or UPI details to send the refund to.
Refunds are recorded against your order, so the status you see on the tracking page is the real one.
